About

Who We Are

"We believe in a team based approach to design"

Listening to Client + Fostering Relationships Since 1990

Steve Billingsley, a 1979 Honors graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Architecture + Design, started Billingsley/Architecture in 1990. After graduation, Steve worked for a few well-regarded architectural firms in the Chattanooga area. He decided to use the knowledge and experience he accumulated to found his own firm to offer a more personalized touch for his clients.

With a focus on listening and fostering relationships, Billingsley/Architecture seeks to exceed client expectations at every turn. Our dedicated team of architects, designers, and project managers is committed to ensuring the best possible experience from the initial meeting and design phase through the project’s completion.
